This is more of a week report.
Coverage starts from last Wednesday. We met up and cruised with Brandon Penserini from Altissimo Restorations in Pebble Beach, CA and shot some photos of his custom 36 Ford. As you can see "Venus" looked great with the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop. Enjoy.
Thursday we headed to Baja Cantina in Carmel Valley, CA. There were only a few traditional American cars mixed in with some of the exotics in town for a Monterey Car Week & Concours D'Elegance.
We started Friday morning with delivering the backpacks to Sherwood Elementary School in Salinas, CA for our 2nd annual Deadend Magazine Backpack Drive. Watching the kids reaction is definitely the highlight of the backpack drive. A few of our friends joined us with their classic cars to deliver the 300 backpacks we received from donors all over California. Thanks to everyone who helped out!
Saturday was another eventful day. We started out the day at the Salinas P.A.L. Oldtown car show. Classic cars from all around the area filled over 3 blocks of oldtown Salinas. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Deadend Magazine vendor booth.
After the show we met up with about 70 cars for our 2nd annual cruise to Monterey. We had cars from as far as Turlock come out to cruise with us. Thanks to the local C-10 Club for helping us promote & organize the cruise. We had a great time.
Early Sunday morning we headed to Pebble Beach for the Concours D'Elegance. As you can imagine there will be some type of cars that we don't normally post.
Thanks for looking!
