Noble Fabrication "Endless Summer" & Photo shoot with Genesis

For the last few years Noble Fabrication has hosted “Endless Summer” cruise-in the Sunday after the Ventura Nationals. We haven’t had a chance to make it in years, but always heard good things about the event. We made it a point not to miss it this year. We’re glad we made it! It’s a nice event to hang out and talk about how awesome Ventura Nationals was at Matt’s cool shop. Check out some of the photos we captured.

6th annual Custom Capital

This past weekend we hosted the 6th annual Custom Capital at Manzanita Park in Prunedale, CA. To say we had a good time is an understatement. Seems like every year the show keeps getting better & bigger. Customs, hot rods, and low riders came from all over California. Thanks to everyone who brought a car, our sponsors, vendors, our family & friends and anyone who continued to support what we do.

The Legacy Show

Tribal Gear celebrated 30 years by hosting the Legacy Show at the Broadway Pier in San Diego, CA. Bobby Ruiz founder of Tribal Gear always host great events, and this years Legacy was one for the books. Nothing but top quality low riders and custom cars in a great setting surrounded by the San Diego city scape and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. There was a lot to see all in one place, cars, good vendors, great food, good music, good drinks, skate boarding exhibit and an amazing art exhibit. People from all over the world attended and celebrated a part of west coast history.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Deadend Magazine booth.

Ink at the Bay Car Show

We spent last Sunday in Monterey, CA at the Ink by the Bay tattoo convention & car show hosted by Oldies Car Club. The weather was as nice as it gets, the tattoo machines were going all day, the music was playing all day and of course some really nice cars filled the fairground lawn from all over the Monterey area and beyond. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Deadend Magazine booth.

Santa Maria West Coast Cruising Nationals 2019 (Car Show)

Year after year some of the best custom cars from across the country show up at the Santa Maria Fairplex on Memorial weekend for the West Coast Kustoms’ Cruisin Nationals. The crazy California weather we’ve been having only put a damper on Sunday’s activities but Saturday there were a lot of nice rides to see all across the lawn. Everything from back yards builds to full show cars. Here are a few photos we captured. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Deadend Magazine booth.

Enjoy!

Santa Maria West Coast Cruisin' Nationals 2019 (Friday Night Cruise)

This day and age there is no shortage or car shows, especially here in California. Some of them like the West Coast Kustoms Cruising Nationals have been around for a long time and have built a legacy for hosting some of the best custom cars in the world. The absolute coolest part of this event is the Friday night cruise. We have always said that classic cars look best in motion, especially lead sleds and chop tops. If you didn’t make the trip to Santa Maria here are a few of the cars that cruised Broadway.

Enjoy!

Deadend Magazine Feature - Jeff Cecilio's 1953 Chevy

In our opinion style is the most important thing when building a custom car. The profile, stance, paint, wheel and tire combo, and small details all make a car look good if they all work well together. This 53 chevy owned by our friend Jeff was styled in part by the team at Starlite Rod and Custom in Southern California. Everything from the great color choices to the floating grill and heavy chop all give the car a unique look. A lot of 53/54 Chevys have been customized in the past but this one sure does stand out.

Lone Star Round Up 2019

Another 3,300 mile road trip from Salinas, CA to Austin in the books. Every April for the last 13 years we’ve made the trip (twice we flew if we’re being honest) to the Lone Star Round Up and every year is a memorable one. This year’s show was memorable for many reasons. First off we had the pleasure of designing the official show artwork. (Thanks again Kontinentals for the opportunity) Second, the weather (per usual) surprised us (we never learn) Third, seeing our friends we only see in Texas is always fun. Lastly, we always seem to meet new people. People who seem to follow Deadend via social media and are excited to stop by the booth and chat.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by!

This year’s badge with the artwork created by us.

This past weekend we had a killer turnout at out Spring Release party at the Deadend Magazine store.
We can’t express how truly grateful we are for the support we receive. We had friends from as far as LA come up to grab a copy of the new magazine and many many friends from the Bay Area and of course our local community.
