Deadend Magazine Weekend Report: SF King of the Streets & Bay Area Dam Run.

Every year we look forward to what we would call one of the most fun events we go to all year, San Francisco's King Of The Streets. You see The San Francisco Lowrider Council & company do such a great job with  providing so much to do in 1 day it makes for a great time. First there's the car show with hundreds of entries, then there's the hop with hoppers from all over the state competing for the crown and last the event goes to the streets. The Mission district to be exact. Low riders flood the streets of San Francisco making for a great (long) day.

Deadend Magazine Weekend Report - Santa Maria Cruisin Nationals

This past weekend we headed to Santa Maria, CA for the annual West Coast Kustoms' Cruisin Nationals. We've been going to this event for over 15 years and don't plan on missing it any time soon. Not only is it one of our favorite shows to attend (and vend) but it also marks our anniversary. Back in 2004 Deadend Magazine debuted at Paso Robles. Although the location has changed the Cruisin Nationals still a great event. The cruising Friday night is the hightlight of the event for us and Saturday is a great time at the booth. Thanks to all who stopped by and grabbed some Deadend Magazine gear. Enjoy..

Deadend Magazine Weekend Report - February 1, 2016

Our busy weekend began Thursday as we headed down to Pomona for the 2016 Grand National Roadster Show. We would like to first thank everyone that stopped by the booth! we really appreciate the continued support. We didn't have much time until Sunday to check out the show. When we did have time to check out and shoot the show we were excited to see so many nicely built traditional customs, hot rods & low riders.

We were pleasantly surprised to see our good friend Darryl Hollenbeck win this year's "America's Most Beautiful Roadster." It was our pick for many reasons but we had no idea it would actually win. I think many traditionalist are very happy and feel like "one of us" won. Congrats to the Hollenbecks and anyone involved with the build.

Deadend Magazine Weekend Report 01/11/16

We knocked out our first photo shoots for 2016. Two nice customs, in opposite ends of the state.

We drove down to Torrance, CA last Friday to shoot a shoebox Starlite Rod & Kustom just finished up.

The shoebox has a lot of neat mild custom touches to it.
