Deadend Magazine Weekend Report - A week late

We've had a busy last couple of weeks. I didn't get to edit the photos from last weekend so here they are.

Saturday (April 28, 2018) we headed to Sacramento for the "Nor Cal Influence" art show featuring art by Bruce Gossett, Brent Patten and Rob Struven at Graland's Customs. The turn out was great. There were a lot of great customs, hot rods & bombs that came to support the arts. We had a great time, we hope this becomes a regular thing. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the Deadend Magazine booth.

Throwback - Asphalt Invitational 2005

When we started Deadend Magazine back in 2004 one of the first events we attended was the 'Asphalt Invitational' hosted by Vultures Car Club. We had a great time and of course decided to go back 2005. Here are some shots from the 2005 event.

The Vultures was a small group of fellas with traditional hot rods & customs.

This custom was one of my favorites that made it's rounds around the bay are in the mid 2000's. Haven't seen it in a couple years.

The Asphalt Invitational moved locations after this then later was discontinued. People in the greater bay area still talk about it.
