This weekend was a busy one at the Deadend Magazine headquarters. We spent the last week or so remodeling the Deadend Magazine store. On Saturday we celebrated the remodel with a release of new Deadend Magazine merchandise. Thanks to everyone who brought out their cars and spent some bucks at the store.

This past weekend we headed back down to Southern California for a few photo shoots & a couple events.

Our weekend started shooting DiDi early Saturday at J&V's Garage in Chula Vista, CA. DiDi is rocking some Deadend Magazine gear that will be available in our online store soon.

Our second stop was the Us Versus Them "Ramble On The Ranch" show in Temecula, CA. This was the first time we attended the Ramble On show. We are glad we did. The show was filled with good cars, good people and good music in a cool intimate setting. If you've never been we suggest you make it next year.

Next we headed to the coast to shoot Jimmy "Gimmi" Chadwick's beautiful mild custom Chevy. Gimmi's Chevy first caught our eyes at the Santa Maria Cruisin' Nationals. We saw it, loved it, and knew we had to shoot it soon.

After the shoot we headed to City of Industry to the Cadillac Fest. Outside the lot was filled with cool Cadillacs from all walks of life stocks, customs, and most of all low riders. Inside the building there was an amazing display of model cars & low rider bikes. Here are some of the photos we captured.

Before heading home we shot Michael Longonisa's super clean 1966 Cadillac. These Cadillacs look good from the factory but what Michael and has done has taken this Caddy to a whole other level. An extremely nice pain job (and color), the right wheels, stance and smoothed body sure make a big difference. Doesn't get much cleaner than this.

Saturday things got going early. Tu Sabes Car Club from San Jose, CA were there before us! Customs, Low Riders, Hot Rods and classic cars cruised in and out all day. We had a great time and were very impressed with the quality of cars that came out. Thanks to everyone who came out to spend a beautiful Saturday with us at Manzanita Park. Thanks again to everyone who helped make the event a success. We're already planning for next year.

Local newspaper "Monterey County Weekly" released an article about Deadend Magazine today.

"The brothers’ car fixation became dedication after their father fell ill and passed away in 2004. In his passing they found both inspiration to seize their dream – and their own destiny – while honoring his longtime hobby."
